The team

Systems engineers who ship production AI agents.

We don’t build toy demos or slide decks. We engineer battle-tested back-office automations for businesses where accuracy is everything.

Aviar AI Engineering Team designing Autonomous Architecture

How we got here

Proven engineering rigor, zero marketing fluff.

Alyster and Marcus lead Aviar AI. Before founding the company, they spent years as software engineers at Datadog, Confluent, PayPal, VMware, and Intel.

We started building AI agents when most enterprises were still writing AI policies, and joined Y Combinator with Aviar in 2025. 8 clients later, we know what breaks and what scales.

How we work

We use AI to build AI.

We're an AI native firm from the ground up. Every internal workflow at Aviar, including software engineering, code review, customer briefs, eval suites, and Slack, runs on agents we built ourselves.

We've been our own customer for three years, and we're model agnostic: Claude, OpenAI, or whatever is the best tool for the job. That's why every system we ship lands faster, with better defaults, than a firm just learning the toolset.
